Standard shipping takes 1 to 6 weeks. There might be sight delays during holidays or COVID-19 related events. Express shipping takes 2 to 5 business days. Important! If your shipment is late, please check the provided tracking number before contacting us.

If you did not get your tracking number it is because your items were not shipped yet (handling time is 1-3 business days, more in Terms & Conditions) or you did not enter your email when ordering and we were not able to send you your tracking number. In the latter case, please contact us with your full name and products you ordered or payment copy and we will provide you your tracking number.

Firstly, if you see that the package is damaged - do not accept it from the shipping company. If you did accept a damaged item please file a claim with the shipping carrier. Any claims after 7 days of delivery is not guaranteed to be fulfilled. After proof of claim is received, we will either send a full refund or a replacement for the product you ordered. If shipping carrier does not accept claim made from the recipient, please send us all the information with clear pictures showing packaging, shipping label and damaged item as soon as possible.

All of our products have 12 month (from the purchase date) warranty against all sealing, moisture, assembly or LED related defects. Consumer related damages are not covered i.e. car accident damage.
